SPATIAL TENSION
Space is defined by distance and relation.
Elements exist in tension rather than balance.
Lines, edges, and surfaces create direction.
Gaps and overlaps introduce pressure.
Near and far begin to shift.
Scale becomes uncertain.
The frame holds opposing forces –
weight and emptiness, compression and release.
Nothing resolves completely.
The image remains open, slightly unstable.
The result is a quiet tension that holds the space together.
