Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
If several goods ordered as part of a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:
Sven Kristiansen
SVENSØN
Brummerredder 36

Germany
E-mail: mail@svensonphoto.com
of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify me of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The statutory rules require repayment within 14 days of the withdrawal notice but expressly allow the seller to withhold repayment until the goods have been returned or shipment has been proven.

3. Diminished Value of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The use of the original packaging is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Please package returned goods appropriately to protect them from damage during transport.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly personalised.
This may include, in particular:
Books with an individual personal dedication, where the dedication has been produced specifically at the customer’s request.
Individually commissioned Fine Art Prints, where the print is produced according to individual customer specifications or is otherwise clearly personalised.
The statutory exclusion for personalised goods is based on § 312g(2)(1) BGB.
A standard book, signed book without an individual dedication, or standard Fine Art Print offered in a predefined edition or format is not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because it is signed or produced after the order.

5. Special Edition MONO/POLY
If the MONO/POLY Special Edition is sold as one complete edition consisting of the book, Fine Art Print and other included components, the complete edition should be returned in the event of withdrawal.
You are liable for any diminished value only to the extent provided by law, in particular where loss of value results from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

6. Workshops and Events
For workshops, courses or other services related to leisure activities that are scheduled for a specific date or period, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with § 312g(2) BGB.
Where a workshop is not booked for a specific date or where a statutory right of withdrawal otherwise exists, the applicable statutory provisions remain unaffected.
