Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me:

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned goods are received.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
You must return the goods to me within 14 days from the day you notify me of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product was delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

3. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, including all components, such as:

• original packaging (if applicable)

• protective materials

• enclosed items (e.g. Fine Art Print, booklet, documentation, certificates)
   

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised items, e.g. signed books with a personal dedication

• Custom-made Fine Art Prints

• Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery

• Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, once delivery has begun with your express consent

Special Edition MONO/POLY:
The Special Edition can only be returned complete, including the Fine Art Print and all included components. Missing, replaced, or damaged items may reduce the refundable amount.
